Qualified candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting heavy items regularly, and supporting both receiving and shipping operations. About the Role:
Our client helps brands scale their ecommerce operations while reducing costs and improving delivery speed. As a Warehouse Associate supporting both Inbound and Outbound operations, you will play a key role in receiving inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. This role is critical in achieving fast delivery timelines and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Pay Rate:$19.00/hour
Available Shift Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Friday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload, count, and stock inbound shipments from vendors
- Verify inventory accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Prepare, package, and load outbound shipments on time
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely (training provided)
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and reliability
- Collaborate with team members and proactively resolve issues
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Key Requirements:
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs independently
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Comfortable using smartphones, scanners, and warehouse systems
- Willingness to learn and operate PIT equipment safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
