Order Selector

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Order Selectors to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

Conversion to full-time after 520 hours worked.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime available as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Cherry Picker forklift

• Use RF scanner to pick and process orders

• Place materials in assigned storage locations and complete required documentation

• Participate in warehouse projects including cycle counts, stock rearrangement, repackaging, auditing, and scrap management

• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and assist with general warehouse upkeep

• Operate warehouse material handling equipment including:

  • Counterbalance forklift

  • Narrow aisle reach truck

  • Order picker

  • Electric picking cart

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

• Work effectively in fast-paced and high-volume conditions

• Maintain consistent attendance (40 hours per week minimum)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

• Cherry picker experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must pass forklift and hazardous materials testing

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
