About the Role As a Flex Staffing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Amazon's high-volume recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring activities for Amazon Direct Hiring, including candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist with candidate processing steps and onsite readiness, such as check-in support and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate and timely records within our systems
- Collaborate with onsite operations to confirm schedules, start dates, and priorities
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
- Experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working onsite with walk-in and appointment traffic
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with common systems and tools such as email, calendar, and ATS/HR systems
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
