Purpose:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Warehouse Operations, on assigned shift, including assigning, directing, and monitoring work of the Warehouse staff to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security.
Essential Duties:
· Supervises and directs warehouse staff in performing work according to sound Warehouse operating principles & procedures, compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies and procedures.
· Monitor performance of staff to ensure timely pick-ups, deliveries, transfers and excellent customer service with zero damages or losses.
· Maintains effective inventory controls and records to ensure inventory accuracy and conducts cycle counts on predetermined schedule.
· Documents, records and reports all inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
· Trains Warehouse staff in effective operations, safety & security.
· Maintains a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policies.
· Prepares and submits daily and weekly paperwork in timely manner.
· Recommends daily staffing requirements based on volume.

Minimum Requirements:
· Associate degree in business or related field
· Minimum of Two to Five Years’ Distribution / Warehouse Operations Experience, with previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position.
· Good Written & Verbal Skills; Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-up.
· Good computer skills (AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes).
· Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, with professional, positive, and Motivated Demeanor.
· Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish speaking / reading / writing a plus.
**Hours for 2nd shift varies based on Volume and season , during Peak Season the 2nd shift Supervisor will oversee 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) during non peak hours the Supervisor can work between the hours of 12pm-11pm. **Organization Relationships:
