About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining the warehouse environment. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay Rate:$19.50/hour

Available Shift Times:
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Scan and label inventory items
  • Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to use carts, dollies and hand trucks
  • Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)

Candidates that have previously worked at Flexport must be confirmed if they are rehireable. Client has a list of associates that cannot return. 
Is the opportunity on bus route or must IA have own transportation:
OmniTrans bus route #15 is located near the site. It is roughly an 8-10 min walk to the site from the Del Rosa @ 3rd bus stop.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
If you are going to be late or absent, you must notify your agency as well as your direct manager prior to the start of your shift.

  • Full day absence with notification beforehand, agency must be notified prior to shift start
