Now hiring QPS/RELAY Team Leader – 1st Shift to support warehouse operations; this role is on-site in Phillipsburg, NJ, pays $23.00/hour. Schedule Monday to Sunday 6 am to 3:30pm. About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll assist the Senior Supervisor with directing and supervising day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll help coordinate daily activities to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping while meeting service and cost objectives. This is a working leader role—expect to lead by example and perform core warehouse duties as needed.

Pay Rate:

$23.00/hour

Shift:

  • Monday to Sunday 6 am to 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising warehouse operations
  • Implement work schedules, assign work effectively, and ensure tasks are completed properly
  • Lead and coordinate inbound unloading/stacking and outbound picking/staging
  • Promote efficient and safe operation of product handling equipment
  • Maintain product location system and support strong space utilization/warehouse consolidation
  • Complete required reports accurately and on time
  • Lead, instruct, and assist warehouse staff; ensure adherence to company policies
  • Monitor inbound and/or outbound activities
  • Support inventory control and space utilization efforts
  • Perform daily warehouse functions (storing, packing, picking, shipping, receiving) as required
  • Provide general business support as assigned

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/equivalency or significant relevant work experience
  • Approximately 3 years of department/industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, and/or transportation
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and guide lower grade subordinate staff
  • Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to pull, lift, and bend; must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
  • Will work with all levels in the organization
