Now Hiring: Contractor Field Operations Specialist - 1099 Role
Our Client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist.

Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour
Schedule & Availability:
- Shift availability varies between the hours of 6:00 AM – 12:00am & 6 days a week
- Mon-Sat: 6 am - 12 pm ; 12 pm - 6 pm ; 6 pm - 12 am
Responsibilities:
- Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
- Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
- Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
- Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
- Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
